Items purchased from our e-commerce store can be exchanged.

You can message on our WhatsApp (0321-7435555) in order to discuss any queries related to the exchange. Also, the Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.

Noms allows its customers to exchange purchased items subject to conditions.

The exchange of items will be allowed under these conditions:

  1. The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call or WhatsApp) within 2 working days of delivery (with proof attached of purchase)
  2. There is an issue with the product received:
    Items have any defect
    Items are missing
    Items are wrongfully delivered

    Also please note, all exchanges can only be made for the same product.
  3. The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item.
  4. The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item or is shared online via a screenshot.

Noms has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.

Upon the acceptance of the request for an exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
